La nostra storia
The Cantiere Mimì was opened in 1975 because of the Senese family’s love for the sea. Thanks to Salvatore Senese, the founder of the company, who is still present at the shipyard to this very day, the company began to make boats like 4.60m long skiffs and motorboats, in Naples. As the clientele increased, the family’s activity extended itself beyond national borders, also due to an organised network of dealers and the collaboration of first class engineers.
In the meantime, tradition is passed on to future generations, where Domenico stands out. He initially perfected existing products, improving them and making them always more innovative, and then he exported the brand not only throughout the whole of Europe but in the whole of Asia as well.
The boats made in Naples by the Cantiere Mimì, go from 5 to 12 metres. Attention is given to every single detail and the boats undergo continuous controls to insure their best performance and also to improve the global quality of the company’s products, among which hulls with the application of the vacuum infusion process. The brand is known to yachtsmen also thanks to the collaborations with Ing. Valerio Rivellini Studio
